Why I Do This

I’ve spent years leading in both business and ministry, and I’ve seen the same pattern over and over—people aren’t lacking calling, they’re lacking clarity and alignment.

I’ve walked with leaders carrying pressure, pastors navigating uncertainty, and teams trying to move forward without a clear path.

Forward was born out of that tension—but it also became deeply personal.

While reading Gospel of Matthew 16:18, I was struck by the words of Jesus—that the gates of hell would not prevail against the church. Gates are not offensive weapons; they are defensive. They are meant to keep people out.

That moment reframed everything for me.

The Church was never called to retreat or maintain—it was called to move forward, to take ground, and to bring life where there was once darkness.

That same conviction shapes how I lead and how I coach.

Forward exists to help people break free from what’s holding them back, rediscover who they are, and step boldly into the life and calling God has placed in front of them..
